SPAM & SAINT Queue Reset

Some time when we apply any Support package or any add one through SPAM/SAINT it will stuck on some phases, to avoid that situation we need to Reset the SPAM/SAINT queue. Please follow bellow procedure,

* Goto --------> SE37
Run the Program --------> OCS_RESET_QUEUE
Execute (F8)
                  

Put Values,
IV_TOOL ------> SPAM or SAINT
IV_FORCE --------> X
Execute
                 

Select "Yes" to Reset the Queue,
                         

The Queue will be deleted and result will be shown as bellow,

  1. Do not perform this in or after DDIC main import phase. If you do so you may have to restore the Database

    1. It only do in the begging of SPAM or SAINT usage when it show the Error message of Queue....
