If you have lots of files downloaded files in your Download Manager which are unwanted & difficult to identify the newly added files to download manager.
You can easily clear the all the content in download manager using below steps.
Go to SAP support portal - www.support.sap.com
Click on Software Downloads
Click on Download Basket
Select the File using all option / individually
Use the X button to delete the selected files
Refresh the screen. Post deletion screen below.
